BEFORE you order…
Ask yourself:
- What’s your budget? The cost of an average cake, with approximately 20 servings is €140.00. This would be a simply iced cake with name, message and a small decoration. Prices are subject to change and price is based on the difficulty of the design and amount of detail required e.g. characters, themes, models and handmade flowers. Hand carved cakes start at €150.00 and increase in price depending, again, on the size, shape and design detail. Please contact Niamh for further details. s a rough guide our Madeira based cakes e.g. choc fudge, lemon and vanilla cost €17 per inch so a 10″ cake would cost you €170. Chocolate biscuit cake, fruit cake and carrot cake cost €20 per inch, due to the expensive nature of the ingredients – and we only use the best, so a 10″ cake will cost you €200.

How big a cake do you need?
Everybody cuts their cakes differently. FACT! So it’s always difficult to determine the exact number of slices you might obtain from a single cake. Therefore, we have included this rough guide to the amount of slices you might get from the following cakes.
For a Round Cake…

Collecting your cake…
Firstly, when transporting your cake it should be placed flat on the floor of your car or boot. Don’t put it on a car seat, we’ve done that and trust us it’s not a good idea.
All cakes should be stored in a cool dark place on a flat surface. All our, sponge, cakes will stay fresh for a minimum of 5 days from delivery. Our rich fruit cakes have a minimum shelf life of 6 months. Chocolate biscuit cake will last as long as you can keep away from it.
We are based in North County Dublin. Kinsealy and Malahide to be precise.
Delivery
Delivery can be arranged but will require an additional charge and is not always possible. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Allergies
There is milk, eggs and regular flour in every recipe we make. Some recipes contain nuts or chocolate with traces of nuts. If you are allergic to any of these products please refrain from eating anything we make. If you choose to ignore this warning we will not be held responsible for any negative reaction or health problems that arise.
